Today’s entry comes from the dance film, Footloose.
From the clip provided by Paramount Pictures comes a sad slap because you should never hit a woman even if she punches the shit outta you. We call this the “Is That What I Get” Slap.
Footloose is a film starring Kevin Bacon. The film revolves around Ren McCormack (Kevin Bacon), a teenager from the mean streets of Chi-Town. Ren and his family move to a small town in the Midwest. He quickly learns that dancing and music are banned all thanks to the local minister.
This is a punk ass slap. Ariel ex-boyfriend is pissed that she wants to start dating Ren. After some heated words, she punches the shit outta him but his hand came back flying fast with a hard slap that knocked her down. Now I will say that he came from shoulder height and put his weight into that slap. It was good slap if it was to a man but since it’s a woman, it loses some points.
