Today’s entry comes from the historical blue face film, Braveheart
From the clip provided by Paramount Pictures comes not one but two slaps that while make you go, “Oh My Lord.” I present to you the “I am the King” Slap.
Braveheart is a film that follows Sir William Wallace, a late-13th-century Scottish warrior. The film follows the life of Wallace from a young age to leading the Scots in the First War of Scottish Independence against King Edward I of England.
We are blessed by two slaps from King Edward “Longshanks” to his son Prince Edward. Both times, King Edward slapped the mess out of his son. Each time he fell to the ground in shame. The second slap when he side-stepped his son attack to deliver a mighty slap is a thing of beauty. Don’t mess with the king.
