Elmer Gantry is a film where a man who can sell anything and a big smile meets up and falls in love with a female evangelist. Together, they spread the word of god to small towns across America.
The slap at hand is given by a pimp. First off, Shirley Jones plays Lulu, who is straight up gorgeous. Lulu blackmails Elmer and soon regrets it and doesn’t take the money. Here pimp asks about it and then slaps up on Lulu. The slaps are quick and degrading. It is only shown in the trailer. Not even that good of a slap for a pimp
