It Happened One Night is a film about a spoiled, wealthy brat socialite, starring the great Claudette Colbert, who tries to get out from under her father’s strict rule and escapes to be with her one love but manages to fall in love with a roguish reporter who is the great Clark Gable.
I would say this isn’t a slap and also sexual assault but its an old film and we have seen way worse. Ellie and Peter are arguing about piggybacking. Yep, that is the topic of the conversation while he carries her across the river. Now the slap was firm as he asked her to hold his bag. She delivers a quick but powerful spank to the butt. Something that you will feel. Even though its not a slap to the face, we the committee will accept it.
