Today’s excellent entry comes from the gangster film, The Godfather.
From the clip provided by Paramount Pictures and thequizandquestions comes what I must say is a wake up call slap that will make you chuckle. If you never have seen The Godfather, go see it because it is one of the best films ever made. Don Corleone is listening to his godson Vito about trying to get a part in a film that will help his movie career. Don Corleone not happy what he is hearing gets up and delivers one of the best lines and quickest slaps.
The classic “You Gonna Act Like A Man” Slap. Don Corleone was tired of hearing Vito whine. You could see it on his face because he was not IMPRESSED! He jumped up out his seat with cat like reflexes, yelled and shook his godson before delivering a quick but wake yo ass up slap. His hand moved like lightning. It was so good that Tom even chuckled at it. That’s some insult to injury.
