With seductive eyes, subtle smile, raven hair and an accent to die for, Eva Green is in a class of her own. Whether its starring in the Dreamers to being a Queen in Kingdom of Heaven, Green came to the forefront from her role in 007: Casino Royale. When she walked in the room wearing that beautiful violet dress, time stopped for everyone. Green is not afraid to take on roles and push the limit with her body. I will end with, “To the most beautiful women in the world. Dear Ms. Green, can I have the pleasure of making you dinner?”

Vesper Lynd- Casino Royale (2006)

Via: Eon Productions/MGM/Sony Picture Releasing

How can I not start off with Casino Royale and her role as Vesper Lynd? The film that I fell in LOVE with Ms. Green. In one of the best James Bond films ever made, Green played Vesper with such confidence and sex appeal. She was a strong and knowledgeable woman who didn’t put up with Bond shit at first. Yet, the character was flawed and a back stabber to games. Green did a marvelous job and when she came on screen in that purple dress, DAMN!!!!!!!!!

Artemisia- 300: Rise of an Empire (2014)

Via: Warner Bros Pictures

The movie was not the best nor as good as the first one but the bright spot of this whole movie is Eva Green as Xerxes’ military naval commander. Green was so freakin fierce in this film. As the, play ZERO games, snarling, held people in the highest standard, sexy commander, Green steals the show. The sex scene is one where it will leave you going DAMN! Green is the only reason why anyone should watch this movie because she is that good.

Vanessa Ives- Penny Dreadful (2014-2016)

Via: Showtime

I remember watching the first season of this horror drama and didn’t pick it up until years later. Penny Dreadful is a TV horror drama where it takes almost every movie monster and throws them into a show. The show is great but Green’s performance as Vanessa Ives is OUTSTANDING. She is intense, fierce, sexy and quite strange sometimes. You want to see someone play a tormented soul, Green hits it out of the park.

Ava Lord- Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014)

Via: The Weinstein Company

Unlike the first film, this movie is somewhat trash. The first movie did a great job and this one was just recycled trash. BUT the ONLY great part of the whole movie is Eva Green as Ava Lord. Without Green, this movie would be a complete waste of time. Green is oh so sexy, funny, dangerous and everything you want. Gurl, take my money because I’m yours. Whenever she isn’t on screen, it’s like your world darkens into oblivion. Green is absolutely the one to see. Once her story is over, then you can turn off the movie.

Angelique Bouchard- Dark Shadows (2012)

Via: Warner Bros Pictures

In this Johnny Depp and Tim Burton film, the film is the movie version of the gothic TV show of the same name. Now the movie is meh. The style is great, but the story is meh. Now Green plays the beautiful Angelique who is a vengeful and jealous witch, who cursed Barnabas by turning him into a vampire and locking him in a coffin for 200 years. Honestly, Green tried but there was no helping this film. When Green showed up in her red lingerie, she could have me all day.

Morgan Pendragon- Camelot (2011 TV Series)

Via: Starz

In a retelling of the legend of King Arthur, it is a high sexual and intense show. Maybe not the best show about the Arthurian legend but it makes it somewhat entertaining. Green plays Morgan Pendragon and she is as beautiful and sexy as ever. Green plays Morgan as the ruthlessly ambitious daughter of King Uther. She was sent away but returns to claim her right to her father’s throne but as plans go, they never seem to go they way you want. In this show, Morgan gives herself to the dark powers she learned while she was away to scheme against Arthur and Merlin.

Colette Marchant- Dumbo (2019)

Via: Walt Disney Studios

Dumbo is one of those films, you will either love it or hate it. I was more on the latter side. It was okay but I was expecting something like the cartoon version. Now, Green plays Colette Marchant. She is oh so sassy and good-spirited French trapeze artist. She is also Vandevere’s faux girlfriend who performs at Dreamland. She helps Dumbo perform in the big lights along with being nice to the children. Not one of her finer roles, but she can speak French to me any day.

Miss Alma LeFay Peregrine- Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (2016)

Via: 20th Century Fox

As the leader and strict headmistress in this this Burton film, Green is fashionable and formidable as Miss Alma LeFay Peregrine. She seems to save the day of this film by showing up and looking like a queen from a Dracula film dressed in all black. I don’t know if Green picked her costumes or gowns but damn, she is as beautiful as ever. As Miss Peregrine, she has the ability to manipulate time who can also transform into a peregrine falcon. Listening to her voice is a thing of beauty.

Sibylla of Jerusalem- Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

Via: 20th Century Fox

Green is such a baby face in this film. In this role she plays Princess Sibylla, who is Guy’s wife and also mother to a little boy from an earlier marriage. Now most of her story is changed for the movie but Green was okay. She looked like the new kid on the block for this big film from Ridley Scott. Not her best role but you have to get your start somewhere.

Isabelle- The Dreamers (2003)

Via: Fox Searchlight Pictures

In her first staring role, Green is baby face, beautiful and sexual in all ways imaginable. Even after this role, Green doesn’t mind baring it all in front of the camera. As the female lead and love interest, Green is amazing as Isabelle. Green is passionate when she needs to be but also serious when the time comes as she is defiant. You always have to appreciate the “first” movie for an amazing actress.
