Today’s entry comes from the hilarious comedy anime, Uncle from Another World.
From the clip provided by Atelier Pontdarc and Netflix comes a cartoon slap from the uncle everyone wished they never had. We call this the “90s Teacher” Slap.
Uncle from Another World is an anime where Yōsuke Shibazaki aka Uncle awakens from a 17-year coma after being hit by a truck. When he awakens, Uncle has the ability to cast magical spells and tells his nephew Takafumi Takaoka that for the past 17-years, he has lived and survived in another world filled with magical beasts, different species and everything else in fantasy.
This slap was pure comedy! Uncle transforms into his old homeroom teacher and slaps the shit out of the captain. First, Uncle looks disgusting and fat when he transforms into the homeroom teacher, but what comes next is pure joy. Uncle form and execution of the slap was priceless because he pulled back and slapped the taste out of dude’s mouth. Not only did he do it once, he did it a couple of times which added to its greatness.
